WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST SESSION?
It is best to bring any x-rays and scan results that you may already have had taken to give your therapist as much information as possible.
You should also wear appropriate clothing to allow access to the injured body area for assessment and treatment.
DO YOU PRESCRIBE CUSTOM MADE INSOLES/ORTHOTICS?
Our therapists assess foot pain using cutting edge biomechanics to assess the whole body from the feet up.
This way our therapists can identify what is actually causing the problem and then provide a solution for the issue. If insoles or orthtoics are required, we will discuss those options with you.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED TO GET BETTER?
In your initial assessment your therapist will give you a “Recommended Action Plan” which will outline your treatment program and how many sessions we estimate to get you back to full health.
Your progress will be regularly checked throughout this period to ensure excellent progress is being made at all times.
